What does a custom bag entail?
You’ll start by letting me know some details about your favorite colors and fabric design preferences. I’ll pull some fabrics I already own to see if we can find an option that works. Then I’ll pull options for lining fabric, handle fabric, pocket fabric and binding colors. Once the fabrics are confirmed, I’ll offer some quilting options and thread colors. Next, I make your custom bag and ship it to you!
What happens if I don’t have fabric you like?
That’s ok, I only have so many options! If it will require me to buy fabric for your bag, which isn’t a problem, we’ll find something that works! I’ll help you find the right fabric and you’ll order it, directly shipped to me.
The price for this bag is set to include fabrics I already own. If I don’t have something in my fabric library you’d like, you are responsible for buying additional fabric for me to use.
What if I want my bag to include multiple fabrics, patchworked together?
That’s such a fun idea and I’d love to do that! It will require additional pay and I’ll create a separate listing to include the added cost - $10-$20, depending on the complicated nature of what you want.
Are there returns, refunds or exchanges?
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges at this time. I’m a small, one-lady shop that cannot manage returns or refunds on custom items that I invest time and money into.
How long will this process take?
Once we finalize the fabrics and thread, this bag should be done and shipped within 1-3 weeks, depending on current workload. I’ll let you know once we confirm details what my shipping turnaround is and when I expect to be done! If you need the bag by a specific date, please let me know immediately upon emailing me. If I know upfront what your timeline is, I can let you know if it’s possible!
